In this stage there are two levels you can choose from to develop your body. Both give focus to building a greater foundation in the body for connection and include supportive exercises to suit your body’s physical ability. Select Rehab or Stretchacise in the videos section and enjoy! 

In this stage we focus on building the body with a more physical work out that increases heart rate, builds strength and incorporates movement. The building and strength stage has two levels built in that breaks down every routine. This workout will focus on cardio, core and strength. Let's go!
