FOUNDATIONS + SUPPORT
Suitable for those who have a medical condition, are over the age of 70 or are in the rehabilitation phase of their exercise routine. This program is chair based with some supported standing exercises and is designed to build a relationship with your body whilst doing simple light exercises.
Suitable for those more physically able but who are just starting to introduce exercise to their regular routine and are still wanting to take their movement easy. There are simple whole-body standing exercises in this program, and you are introduced to movements to start to develop cardio and strength.
